Just got it, it was packed in a very flimsy box lined with the cheap styrofoam (which did nothing to protect it). The frame was bent and took 2 guys to straighten it out and it still doesn't look right. It must have taken a hellacious drop or something to bend that frame. The box provided no top support at all since the pressure washer has such an odd shape. No indications of "This end up" on the box either so it was undoubtedly shipped upside down at some point with who knows what on top of it. It looked like the poorly wrapped tape came off and was retaped in transit. I am really fearful to start it up. I can appreciate how difficult it is to ship a 130 pound irregular shaped machine like this, but there must be a better way than this. additional information I have learned: Do not call the customer service number provided on the manual, they have never heard of this model number and will argue with you that it is not their washer. Do not email customer service, your email goes into a black hole. Buy a heavy duty wand, mine broke after 4 hours of use. My pump broke after 1 hour of use, so be prepared to loose your pressure washer for 2 weeks for them to repair it. Take off all the screws that hold the washer tip holding plate to the frame arms and add lock washers to them, mine vibrated loose after 3 hours of use. So ends my first full day of using this pressure washer.
