This turned out to be as good as I had hoped. I have always had those darn plastic hose reels before. Even the highest quality reels fell apart and got filthy on the ground. What I love about this hose reel is it is very solid and up off the ground. What I don't like is it did not fit the full 200 feet of high quality hose. It probably would have fit a cheap hose though. All in all a good product and easy to put together.
