My back yard is level and flatter than a pancake. That's probably why I haven't had any problems with set-up. This is the second EasySet pool I have owned, and they've both been great. The first lasted three seasons. With the optional solar cover (a must-have!), we had a warm pool (inland northern California) for four months -- and used it almost every day. In dollars per day, that's an incredible entertainment bargain for me and my two school-age children.

The down side is figuring out how to put it away and store it for the off-season. They say to save the original box for storage. Ha! I don't think the pool would fit in a box _twice_ the size of the original. The factory packaging is TARDIS-like in how it packs an entire 18' round by 4' deep pool, a ladder, a pump and filter, hoses, an automatic skimmer, a manual skimmer, and a pool vacuum all in one astonishingly small box. But it ain't never going back. So getting it dry and somewhat folded and stashed somewhere is a challenge but it's oh-so worth it.

Be prepared to spend some time every day testing the pool. You'll have to buy a test kit, pool chemicals, and replacement filters, but everything else is included. I've tried the saltwater system, but had terrible luck with them. Still, though, it's little enough to do for a summer of fun.
