I was hesitant to order these chairs because of previous reviews stating other people have received them damaged or scratched.I figured maybe it was just bad packing or got scratched in the shipment process so I took a gamble and bought two of them for my porch.Not only was one scratched on the arms but both were scratched.I love the chair itself,the color, they are oversized and comfortable and sturdy so I decided to keep them..(keeping in mind the hassle of shipping back)..so I took a marker the same color as the wood and colored in the scratches and you can't notice them
