WE BOUGHT THIS GENERATOR OUR SECOND YEAR AFTER BUYING A HOUSE IN THE POCONO MOUNTAINS IN PA. HAD A GENERAC CERTIFIED COMPANY INSTALL IT, AND VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. ALONG CAME SANDY, AND ON IT CAME, JUST AS ADVERTISED. EVERYTHING WAS FINE TILL THE 51ST HOUR OF OPERATION. SHUT DOWN, INDICATOR STATED LOW AMPERAGE ALARM???. IT TOOK OUR SERVICE GUYS 4 DAYS TO RESPOND, CANT FAULT THEM. THE BUSHINGS IN THE MOTOR WERE SHOT. IT WAS THE 7TH GENERATOR WITH LIKE PROBLEMS. THE NEXT DAY HE SHOWED UP AGAIN AND REPLACED THE EXAUST FAN. GENERAC WOULD NOT ANSWER OUR PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS WHAT SO EVER. WE GAVE UP 3 WEEKS AFTER SANDY TRYING TO GET THEM.
