This item arrived faster than any item I have ever ordered from Amazon(this order came from "The Dirty Gardner").

The grass seed was coated centipede and packaged in a simple zip-lock bag; nothing fancy but still effective.

The seed has germinated well and is growing great. Not only would I order again but I have tried to order again only to find out the company, "The Dirty Gardner" was out of stock. With their service and price, I can sadly understand why they were out of stock.

Update:

The above review was written in 2012 with this updated being written in 2013. In 2012, their price was ~$100.00. In 2013, it is ~$140.00. Last year I said I would order again but at their 40% increase in price, I no longer think their product has the same value it did last year.
