Unfortunately, when we opened our pool this year, we found that our pump was at the end of its' life. I tried to find the exact same pump given that our previous had lasted this long. We bought a Hayward pump when we built our pool. We run it all day, every day from May until September. I was really worried when it quite that we would not find another like it. After searching I found this. It was a 2hp verses the 1.5hp we had previously but the hook up was the same. We didn't have to change any plumbing. My husband was very happy!!!
