I was a bit nervous about ordering this patio furniture. I'd been shopping for a nice outdoor sectional set, and there are so many available these days from so many different sellers that it was difficult to choose. The Big Box stores carried them at a seemingly reasonable price; the high-end outdoor catalogs carried them for many times as much. Since I always check Amazon before I order anything these days, I logged on, not really expecting to find anything. I was amazed to find the Ohana line, and encouraged by the good reviews.

Still, I was a bit reluctant because, quite frankly, my "too good to be true" message light was lit when I saw the price. It just couldn't compare to the other sets I'd seen for thousands more, could it? And if I was disappointed and wanted to return the set, it could be quite difficult to ship something that big back again. In the end, my faith in Amazon won out, and I took a chance. I'm SO glad I did! This furniture is great - it's comfortable, durable, and it looks terrific, too. It can be configured a million different ways. We purchased some outdoor throw pillows, and our back yard looks like it belongs on the cover of one of those high end catalogs now.

To top it all off, I have to compliment Ohana on their customer service. I e-mailed with a concern about the delivery schedule (we wanted to know when it would arrive, with as small a window as possible, so we could be there to receive it.) They got right back to me and were glad to help work it out with the shipper. And upon assembly we discovered we needed a couple of extra clips, which hold the pieces together (totally necessary) and the rep promised to get a couple out to me right away, at no additional charge.

Our neighbors bought the Big Box set and got six pieces. We bought this set and got twelve, for only a little bit more. Guess who's happier? You guessed it. I recommend this set highly.
