The material and bench itself are not as soft as I thought they'd be, but it's nice, small size was perfect for my foyer so people have a place to sit and put their shoes on. Had to drill 2 holes that weren't there to attach the legs. I did not purchase from this seller, $180 for shipping is ridiculous! Ordered mine on ebay.
