I think its a very nice grill (nicest grill I have ever owned). Weber makes no secret that they manufacture this product as the box, manual, and various parts say "Weber." Which from a business perspective, makes you wonder why they even bother with the Ducane Grill at this point. Regardless, it works to our benefit:

1) Its very nice product, stainless steel grates, solid construction

2) After comparing my assembled Ducane 4100 to the Weber Spirit and Weber Genesis @ Home Depot - it appears the Ducane 4100 to be a better\nice4 than the Weber Spirit series but not as nice as the Weber Genesis series (obviously).

3) So, all in all, feel that the Ducane 4100 is a decent machine and value. If you want to go for the best grill bling - go for the Genesis - it comes in colors and the Genesis lid must weigh 20 pounds for that solid feeling. Genesis comes with a better warranty.

To recap, the 4100 is very nice, solid, and is nicest grill I've had yet. Not quite a Genesis, but at the lower price point that's to be expected.
