I'm not interested so much in a fire pit's ability to warm -- for me it's about being able to see the fire itself. So the issues other people have mentioned about the fire pit not giving off much heat, etc., don't really apply.

What I am interested in is functionality and looks.

Pros: Very easy to put together. Looks nice (though I'm more impressed with the bowl and the cover than with the legs.

Cons: Unstable. Wobbly. Only three legs touch the ground at a time when it's unfilled, which leads me to believe that this either wasn't designed with much precision or that quality control at the manufacturer isn't up to snuff.

I have to say, I would not be happy at all if I'd paid full price for this instead of having gotten it on Vine.

Even if it worked perfectly, now that I see it in front of me I think I'd hesitate to say it was worth full price. Maybe half of list, or a quarter, if I saw it in a big-box hardware store. But I just cannot recommend this at the price it's offered at if it is going to be wobbly out of the box. If I'd paid for this, I'd now have to decide whether I wanted to just live with it or deal with trying to get a replacement, and I wouldn't be thrilled. As it is, I'm only out a few minutes of my time.
