Brand New Engines does not stand behind their products. they ship the product to you, then when it doesn't work they claim that they cannot accept a return on a product the uses gasoline because it is combustible. But, the gas can be drained and the product dried out. Tell me, how can THEY ship a gas powered piece of equipment to you, but YOU cannot ship it back to them? Doesn't make any sense to me!!! just a cheap excuse by BNE to get out of providing ANY customer service what so ever!!!
