Amazonia Provence 9-Piece Dining Set Review

The table set looks stunning. However, it is not the best quality. I have had it less than 6 months and the chair straps have started to come off. We have only used the table a handful of times since we purchased. The wood on the table top also easily chips. I am going to contact the manufacturer and see if they can help resolve the issue with the chair straps coming off. I expected something more durable.

Update 07-27-2013 - After going back and forth for over 6 weeks with the manufacturer, they finally sent me a replacement chair. I checked to make sure that the chair straps were all in tact... and they were. To my surprise, I now realize that the replacement chair also is defective; its legs are very uneven which does not allow it to sit without wobbling heavily. I plan on contacting the manufacturer again. Needless to say, I am beyond annoyed at this point.
