I've been looking at this product for many years but didn't want to spend this much money. In the mean time went through several cheap, flimsy Chinese made junk. Finally decided to splurge on this one. If you're looking for something that will last a lifetime look no further. I can tell you it's built like a tank with heavy gauge stainless steel and hardware. It ships in two boxes; you have the assemble the cart legs and casters but the grill itself is pre-assembled. Aligning some of the holes on the legs took a little work. Be careful not to cross-thread the riv-nuts - had to hold a couple with some needle nose vice-grips to keep them from spinning while tightening the leg bolts.

Love the big knob that raises and lower the charcoal grate, the front door so you can add more charcoal and the ash box (not shown in the picture). Looking forward to many years of use.
