The model I received has a completely different frame from what is pictured. The frame on the one I got is not painted, is not as compact, and most importantly could not be assembled because the frame was bent and it is not possible to attach the handle. I called Campbell Hausfeld and they will send me a new frame. (That I will have to unassemble/reassemble) Still, when I spend over $700 for something I expect it to be usable. The box shows no indication of damage, but it was shipped UPS and Campbell Hausfeld says this product is not supposed to be shipped UPS. It also looks like it spent some time on it's side because the inside of the box has a couple of oil stains. One more thing, the washer I received has the Cat 4DNX25GSI pump, but the box and the folks at Campbell Hausfeld say it comes with the 3DNX25GSI. This product needs updated photos and product description to match what is actually sold.
